Home Care is a private home care provider in Skövde Municipality. We are looking for dedicated staff who want to work within the home care sector.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people, want to work in healthcare and social care, and preferably have previous experience from the profession. A nursing assistant education or ongoing education is meritorious, but not a requirement.

We are looking for you who:

• Are engaged and want to work in healthcare and social care.
• Have experience from home care, elderly care, or similar work.
• Have a nursing assistant education or are studying to become a nursing assistant, which is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Have good cooperation skills, but can also work independently.
• Are responsible, service-oriented, and confident in meetings with people.

Job duties include:

• Meet individual needs for care and service.
• Carry out delegated tasks, such as medication administration.
• Offer social support and escorting to and from doctor's appointments.
• Perform service tasks such as cooking, dishwashing, laundry, cleaning, and shopping.
• Document in our medical record systems.
