Do you want to join one of Sweden's top agricultural advisory teams? We are looking for additional support for our crop production group. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and will be part of a team with expertise in crop production, field trials, research and development, nature conservation, water management, economics, and forestry.

Together with curious colleagues, you will help develop our advisory concept for agricultural businesses, primarily in Örebro. We are looking for someone who is passionate about agriculture and rural issues, enjoys taking personal responsibility, and builds strong customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities will include providing advisory services both in the field and from the office, serving as a sounding board for our clients. The role also involves preparing SAM applications, writing articles and crop production newsletters, and organizing courses and customer meetings.

About you

You have a strong business drive and a genuine desire to create value for customers through professional and business-oriented advisory services. You thrive in a consultant role with significant personal responsibility and appreciate the opportunity to build and develop long-term customer relationships. You work independently and take clear overall responsibility for your own customer assignments. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and accustomed to creating order and driving processes forward with quality.

Qualifications and Merits

• Relevant education for the position (Agronomist, Farm Manager, Agrotechnician, or equivalent) with a focus on crop production.
• Well-versed in crop production and agriculture, preferably with competence in production economics.
• Motivated by personal result responsibility.
• Experience in advising agricultural businesses is meritorious.
• Competence in grain and oilseed production as well as chemical knowledge is meritorious.
