ValueOne is recruiting an Operational Buyer for TK Elevator. The position is located in Skärholmen, Stockholm, and is sought by TK Elevator – a global company operating in the elevator industry. The role involves broad responsibility for daily purchasing work, including order processing, supplier contact, and system administration, with a start date to be agreed upon.

About the Role

As an Operational Buyer at TK Elevator, you are responsible for daily purchasing work – from order processing and supplier contact to warehousing and system administration – with the goal of ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time and that purchases are cost-effective and aligned with the company's needs. The role is central to TK Elevator's Nordic purchasing organization and contributes directly to efficient and well-functioning processes for technicians, project managers, and other internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily work in purchasing and warehouse systems, handling purchase orders from order to delivery
• Provide internal support to technicians and project managers by identifying the right materials and suppliers when requested items are missing from the own warehouse
• Order goods via the purchasing system and web shop at selected suppliers
• Follow up that goods and services are delivered on time and handle any discrepancies
• Identify cost savings and drive efficiency improvements in the purchasing process
• Manage and update catalogs, articles, and purchasing-related parameters in the business system
• Act as a super-user for the purchasing system and support the organization with orders and system questions
• Check invoices against purchase orders to ensure correct payment processing
• Support the strategic buyer in procurement matters
• Conduct monthly supplier follow-up and manage scorecards for supplier development and evaluation
• Contribute to the development of the purchasing and warehouse section in the business system together with other stakeholders

Experience and Competence

We are looking for you with at least 2–3 years of experience in operational purchasing. An academic or other relevant post-secondary education in Supply Chain is meritorious, as is strong system familiarity from ERP environments (e.g., Visma Business). Experience from the installation, contracting, or construction industry, or from technical maintenance, is preferred. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required. You are a structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded person who thrives in a broad role with many contact areas and would like to help shape and develop processes.
