About the role

As a Team Leader, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees and, through your strong engagement, you create a good working atmosphere in the group every day. You work during the day, weekends, and evenings.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several Team Leader colleagues, and you collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and exchange experiences.

• Involvement: As a Team Leader, you report to the Operations Manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Storängen

Storängen is a care home located in the Storängen area of Söderköping.

The facility consists of three houses: Gläntan, Tallgården, and Dalgården.

Gläntan has a total of 18 apartments, of which 6 are for permanent residence and 10 are short-term places. Tallgården has 18 apartments for permanent residence. Dalgården is located a couple of hundred meters away with a total of 32 apartments for permanent residence.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nurse assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great importance on personal suitability.
