This autumn, Ankan & CO will open its doors in the classic former premises of Mucky Ducks at Vasaplan in Umeå. Ankan & CO is the place for you if you want a lovely evening with good classic pub food, great drinks, and fantastic atmosphere, no matter what day of the week it is.

Are you a meticulous and stress-resistant person who is passionate about creating a fantastic experience for our guests? We are looking for an engaged, service-oriented, and positive bartender who wants to help build Ankan & CO from the ground up and make it the gem we are confident it can become.

Job Description

At our establishment, you will:

• Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with high quality.
• Mix classic and modern cocktails.
• Handle the cash register and payments according to established routines.
• Provide personal and professional service to our guests.
• Ensure that the bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide guests with a first-class experience, even during high-paced periods.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a bartender or within the restaurant and service industry.
• Is service-oriented, positive, and enjoys meeting people.
• Is stress-resistant and can work efficiently even when the pace is fast.
• Has good teamwork skills and takes responsibility for your tasks.
• Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends.
