We are now looking for our next Project Engineer within infrastructure, with a focus on construction management, for our office in Västervik.

Are you interested in infrastructure projects? If you have a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on roads and water, or similar education, or alternatively experience from the industry, this is a challenging and developmental role for you.

About the role:

As a Project Engineer at Videntes, you work closely with project managers and support projects within infrastructure.

As a Project Engineer, in consultation with project managers and the project team, you will support project organizations with tasks such as:

• Conduct site visits, perform inspections, and maintain ongoing dialogue with contractors and other stakeholders.
• Plan and structure the project's organization, schedule, cost, and resources from start to finish.
• Develop, coordinate, and administer documentation that drives the project forward.
• Work with project administration and ensure order, structure, and follow-up.
• Support in the review and follow-up of invoices.
• Ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, according to plan, and with high quality.
• Participate in and administer project meetings.
• Contribute with technical analyses and identify opportunities for improvement in the project.
• Ensure that the project follows current standards, routines, and working methods.

In the role of Project Engineer, we are looking for someone who is either at the beginning of their career or has a few years of relevant work experience in similar roles and is seeking a new challenge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on roads and water, or similar education, or alternatively experience from the industry.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Master of Science degree with a focus on infrastructure and civil engineering, or similar, as deemed suitable by the employer.
• Experience in earthworks and civil engineering.
• Relevant work experience as a Project Engineer within societal development.

Other:

The position is a permanent full-time role at Videntes' office in Västervik.

Travel as part of the job may be included.
