Anderslöv Health Center is a well-functioning unit with a stable staff group with high competence and well-developed routines. With us, the patient is in focus, as well as a good social climate that makes both staff and patients feel welcome.

We work with a team-based approach where different professions collaborate and together create the best for our patients. The health center is divided into three teams, and twice a week, the different teams meet to discuss current patient cases that require input from different professions. These team rounds add value not only for our patients but also for our staff group. Team collaboration brings joy in work, knowledge enhancement, and an opportunity to share the care burden that complex cases can bring.

We are engaged in digital development and have, among other things, introduced digital care seeking for our patients. The nurse handling the case can choose to chat, call, or have video contact with the patient. This tool becomes a complement to our telephony.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to welcome a nursing assistant to us at Anderslöv Health Center!

As a nursing assistant, your tasks are varied and include, among other things, blood sampling, ECG, blood pressure checks, assisting in surgery, gynecological examinations and rectoscopy, ordering and unpacking supplies and laundry.

For us, it is important that our employees have broad competence and can handle several different tasks and areas of responsibility. Therefore, we invest in individual competence development so that we together create strong work teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied according to the previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working at a health center.

You who apply have a genuine interest in primary care and thrive in a role where you get to combine independent work with close collaboration with other professions. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and confident in your professional role. You have a good manner of dealing with people and always work with the patient's needs in focus. If you do not have the certificate, you will be employed as a care assistant on a fixed-term basis, pending the certificate.
