About the role

As an operator in the glue department, you are an important part of our production and are responsible for operating and monitoring machines while ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency in the process. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to manufacturing our innovative locking washers that secure bolted joints worldwide – from advanced industrial solutions on the seabed to space technology and some of the world's fastest cars. We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old and has a high school education or equivalent

• can work shifts, meaning every other week you will work mornings (Monday-Thursday 05:30-14:30 and Friday 05:30-13:00) and every other week afternoons (Monday-Thursday 14:20-23:40 with Friday off)

• has good command of English in speech and writing to be able to understand and follow work and safety instructions

Previous experience from the manufacturing industry and mechanical technical skills are meritorious but not a requirement. We are looking for someone who is eager and wants to be part of a team that creates a whole. This requires that you are meticulous, can keep up the pace, and are hands-on. For us, it is important that you are a good team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to always do your best. You are meticulous, responsible, see needs, and take initiative.
