We are looking to strengthen our team and are seeking a Terminal Worker with Team Leader responsibilities for our warehouse in Jönköping, Stigamo Norra. As a Team Leader, you will be part of the daily production, lead a part of the operations, and develop both employees and the business towards set goals.

In the role of Reserve Team Leader, your main task is to replace the regular Team Leader when needed. You motivate and engage our employees to achieve set goals while actively contributing to their development. You collaborate closely with other leaders within the warehouse operations and work together to create an efficient and well-functioning workplace.

The position involves working in the operational business with your primary employment there. You replace the regular Team Leader as needed, such as during absences.

About the role

As a Terminal Worker with Reserve Team Leader responsibilities, you will among other things:

• Support the team in daily work
• Work with picking and packing of goods
• Perform service-based tasks related to operations
• Handle packaging processes
• Work in the company's WMS system
• Plan staffing based on department and production needs
• Handle customer contact

When stepping into the Team Leader role, you report directly to the Production Manager.

We are looking for someone who:

• Master and can convey instructions and knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has a high school education or equivalent work experience
• Has professional experience in production and/or logistics and warehousing (at least one year is meritorious)
• Is proficient in the Office package and WMS systems
• Holds a forklift license with permissions A1-A4 & B1-B3
• Is comfortable working with varying schedules
• Has previous leadership experience, preferably within warehouse operations (meritorious)

Employment is according to the Transport Agreement with a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probation period. Salary is according to collective agreement and start date is by agreement. For security reasons, we also conduct alcohol and drug tests through partners.

For this position, a criminal record extract is required according to Section 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the criminal record register because the work involves handling security-classified assignments and customers' valuable or sensitive goods. The extract must be presented before employment begins.
