About the role: You will work operationally with environmental issues at the company's nuclear facility outside of Nyköping, focusing on emissions, sampling, and monitoring of environmental goals within a highly regulated operation. The role involves significant responsibility for annual environmental reporting, where you collect, analyze, and compile environmental data, while supporting operations and management with environmental matters in close collaboration with facilities, quality, and radiation protection teams.

We are looking for someone who: Holds a university degree in environmental science, environmental and health protection, environmental engineering, or equivalent, preferably with an interest in environmental legislation, KPIs, and reporting. You are meticulous, analytical, and structured, yet curious and self-motivated, thriving in a broad and varied daily routine where you work both on-site in operations and with data and reports.

About the company: The company is an international nuclear technology firm in a rapidly growing future industry, with operations in Sweden, Germany, and the USA. Approximately 160 people work at the site outside Nyköping, representing a wide professional spectrum from researchers and engineers to operations and maintenance staff. Here, you will work closely with advanced technology in a societally critical operation, within a culture characterized by responsibility, flexibility, collaboration, and long-term development in environmental and sustainability matters.

Practical information: The position is full-time with a market-competitive salary and start date as agreed. The location is at the company's facility outside Nyköping, with high on-site presence initially and some possibility for a hybrid setup over time. The position is subject to security clearance (including alcohol and drug testing and potential background checks).

Joining via Xamera: You will begin your employment as a consultant through Xamera for a period of 12 months and participate in our talent program, Xamera Talent. During this time, you will work on-site at the client's facility. After the program period, the goal is for you to transition into a permanent position directly with the client.
