As a Visual Merchandiser, you are part of the sales team and are always right in the center of the action. Your main responsibility is to create an inspiring and sales-driving store environment together with your colleagues. You plan and follow up on campaigns, as well as inform and involve your colleagues in the process. You work purposefully with sales management tools and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and adaptable. Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for you with education in retail communication.
• We want you to have experience in similar roles within retail.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked with a similar assortment as ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales, as well as an eye for the visual.
• We would appreciate if you have experience in leading projects and training other VMs.
• We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented. At Lagerhaus, you work alone in the store during certain shifts, and we are looking for someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done.
• We want you to be goal- and results-oriented.
• We believe you have pedagogical skills and are good at building relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, engagement, and joy.

Conditions:

• Employment: The position is a permanent part-time position (19 hours/week), with a probationary period.
• Location: The store in Sundsvall Livli
• Schedule: Varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement with responsibility supplement as VM.
• Start: September 2026 or as agreed.
