We are looking for an engaged and structured Production Manager!

This is the perfect role for you if you thrive in a coordinating position on the factory floor, where your focus is on leading your team, optimizing daily workflows, and maintaining an uncompromising safety culture. As a Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and distributing daily work. You work closely with production to ensure that processes run efficiently, safely, and according to set quality goals.

Scope: Full-time (Consultancy assignment via Randstad with good opportunities for permanent hire)

Responsibilities

Your main tasks:

• Personnel Management: Lead, engage, and distribute work for your team, as well as introduce and train new employees in routines and safety regulations.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure that filling processes are carried out according to given routines. You conduct risk assessments, safety rounds, and BBS (Behavior-Based Safety).
• Operations & Maintenance: Monitor production rates, report deviations, suggest improvements, and ensure that machinery and equipment are regularly maintained.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Document production and incidents, and collaborate closely with departments such as logistics, maintenance, and quality.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are someone who combines clear, communicative leadership with high safety awareness. You are structured and meticulous, yet solution-oriented when unexpected challenges arise. You enjoy working independently within your given framework, while also being a team player who finds it easy to collaborate with other departments.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education: Technical high school education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on industry, chemistry, or process technology. (Leadership training is meritorious).
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within industrial production. Experience in team leadership is highly meritorious.
• Methodology: Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or other improvement methods is a big plus.
• Languages & IT: Good IT skills and fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
