We are now looking for assistant nurses for our home care service for permanent employment at 90% of full-time. The basic task of an assistant nurse is to provide good individual care with the user's needs at the center. Our interventions are carried out based on decisions on support and implementation plans. The assignment also includes providing personal care and support in the customer's home, performing household-related services such as cleaning and laundry, support during meals, escorting, etc. You collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups within healthcare and document according to routine.

Nykvarn's home care works based on a local value guarantee where we emphasize that we are at the service of the elderly. The home care in Nykvarn receives top grades in the National Board of Health and Welfare's annual user survey.

We are a tight-knit team that prioritizes teamwork and always puts the customer first. The work in home care is carried out during days, evenings, and weekends. We give our customers a functioning everyday life and we make a difference in people's lives every day. Our work group consists of approximately 27 permanent employees. We also have a night shift group where you only work at night and an evening patrol where you only work in the evenings. Other staff work during the day and evening. All staff work every other weekend. We document in Life Care and use Phonirocare.

Requirements:

We are looking for you who:

• are an assistant nurse with a protected professional title
• have a driver's license and can cycle
• master Swedish in speech and writing
• have experience working in home care

You are also service-oriented and responsive to the customer's needs. You value and respect differences. You have good cooperation skills and are happy to share your own knowledge and experiences and are open to learning from others. You have empathy in meetings with other people and a genuine interest in working in the profession. You should be flexible as the work requires it.

Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area and we see it as an advantage if you speak Finnish.

For this position, you must have a B driver's license.
