We are now looking for a wheel loader operator for a recycling center in central Stockholm. We are looking for you who have experience from before or are at the beginning of your career, are meticulous, independent, and want to contribute to making society better? About the job:

You will be responsible for the recycling and materials at a recycling center in Stockholm. Your main tasks will be to operate a wheel loader and handle cargo at the facility. The work requires a strong focus on environmental and safety awareness. The work will take place both indoors and outdoors.

The job requires a high degree of responsibility and independent work. You should have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and have an eye for detail and precision. You will work daily with a counterbalance forklift and/or a wheel loader, and we would appreciate if you have prior experience in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for material recycling
• Operating a wheel loader
• Working with a strong environmental and safety mindset
• Loading and unloading cargo
• Documentation and operational management at the workplace

About you:

This role suits you if you possess a strong work ethic and are very meticulous. We value a cheerful customer service attitude and a positive mindset. You should be thorough, responsible, and able to work independently. If you are used to taking initiative and thrive on handling multiple tasks simultaneously, we see this as an extra merit. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Forklift license A+B
• Ability to speak and write Swedish
• Egoless / Humble
• Wheel loader license (C2)

Experience from similar tasks within recycling is considered a merit. ADR training and wheel loader license are considered advantageous.

Salary: According to collective agreement.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:45–16:00. Friday 07:00–15:00.
