As a Machine Operator for our client, you will become part of a modern production environment with high technical standards. The work is currently done on a 2-shift basis but may transition to a 3-shift schedule in the future. Therefore, you must be available to work 3 shifts for this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Ensuring quality and efficiency in the production flow
• Working in business systems (experience with Monitor is a plus)
• Contributing to improvement work and problem-solving within the team

We are looking for you who have a genuine technical interest and thrive in an industrial environment. You are a team player who takes initiative and finds solutions when needed. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Industrial education or equivalent work experience in the industry
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Forklift license for counterbalance trucks (a plus)
• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor (a plus)
