About the Role

Stigma Hyvleri is growing, and we are looking for you who want to grow with us.

Since 1971, we have been manufacturing high-quality Swedish flooring in Älvsered. Today, our products are sold in several European markets, and we continue to expand. We are now seeking 2–3 new machine operators who wish to become part of a family-owned company with high ambitions, short decision-making paths, and great opportunities for personal development.

As a machine operator at Stigma Hyvleri, you will work at the heart of our production, where we manufacture exclusive pine and spruce wooden floors. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production flow, meeting quality standards, and achieving our goals regarding safety, productivity, and quality together with the team.

You will report to the production manager and become part of an engaged team that works every day to deliver world-class products.

About Stigma of Sweden

Stigma Hyvleri AB is a Swedish wood industry company that manufactures and processes high-quality solid wood flooring. With modern production and extensive craftsmanship knowledge, we create sustainable floors from carefully selected wood species, from raw material to finished product for the building trade and interior design market, with approximately 80% of production going to export.
