We are growing rapidly within our Healthcare & Elderly Care segment – Are you the passionate cleaner we are looking for?

MIAB AB's customer segment for Healthcare & Elderly Care is expanding, and we are now looking for cleaners who, together with their colleagues, will be key figures in ensuring successful service delivery to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning daily work tasks
• Daily quality assurance and ensuring implementation plans are followed in relation to our customers
• Other routine duties associated with the role

We expect you to be:

• Responsible, structured, and service-oriented
• Detail-oriented with the ability to suggest improvements
• Positive and easy to collaborate with

Your qualifications:

• Language requirement: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Experience in a similar role, minimum 1–2 years
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning quality standards
• Good knowledge of basic hygiene routines
• Cleaning education such as SRY/PRYL or equivalent
• Training in INSTA 800 is a merit
