About the Role – Decontamination Specialist

We are currently looking for decontamination specialists for our client's facility in Rosersberg. As a decontamination specialist, you are a key person in the work of handling and transporting hazardous waste in a safe and environmentally correct manner.

You will become an important part of a chain where everyone contributes to the whole. Our common goal is to put the customer in focus and create long-term relationships. As a decontamination specialist, you are the face of the company, and your ability to build trust with customers is crucial.

Responsibilities – Decontamination Specialist

As a decontamination specialist with our client, you are responsible for the professional collection and decontamination of:

• Hazardous waste in the form of containers, bags, and skips.
• Other types of waste collection may also occur.
• You have daily contact with the orderer before each pickup and delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations and procedures are followed when handling dangerous goods.
• You deliver a high level of service at every customer meeting.

Qualifications (Requirements)

To work as a decontamination specialist with us, you need:

• Category C driving license (valid and approved).
• Full ADR training (valid) – this is an absolute requirement for handling hazardous waste.
• YKB (professional competence certificate, valid).
• At least 1 year of experience driving heavy trucks.
• Digital driver card.
• You speak and understand Swedish in speech and writing.

Merits

• Experience in decontamination work or handling hazardous waste.
• SSG Training (Safety, Security, and Environment)
• Local knowledge of the Stockholm area.
• Experience in distribution.
