We are currently looking for a summer replacement for our store Coop Knäred due to a late resignation. We want you, the applicant, to have good initiative and positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, happy to offer suggestions and ideas, and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with common store duties such as customer service, cash register work, and picking goods. The customer should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-tier service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You have an easy time building long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a fast pace and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience from working in the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is of utmost importance to us.

The position is a full-time summer replacement role during the period of weeks 32–38. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

  • You must be at least 18 years old as you need to be able to work independently at the cash register, but we preferably see you as over 20 years old.
  • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
  • Previous experience from working in the grocery retail sector is meritorious.
