About the role

As a Team Leader at Stormtrivs, you play a key role in our daily operations. You work primarily out in the field alongside our employees, ensuring that the work maintains high quality for both corporate and private clients.

This is an operational leadership role where you lead by being present and active in the operations.

Your responsibilities

• Perform cleaning services for corporate and private clients.
• Lead, distribute, and follow up on daily tasks.
• Onboard and train new employees.
• Coach and develop existing team members.
• Ensure that our quality standards are met.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and represent Stormtrivs professionally.

You have extensive experience in cleaning services and feel confident in your professional role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing; additional languages are a plus.
• Several years of experience in professional cleaning services.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others is an advantage.
