RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Pool Assistant, no day is the same as the other. You will have a varied role where you interact with our guests in many different situations and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning of pool and changing areas.
• Staffing the reception and customer service.
• Lifeguarding and working to ensure a safe swimming hall.
• Providing our guests with professional and friendly treatment.
• Contributing to a positive experience through good service and active hospitality.

Here, you will get a varied job with significant personal responsibility, while working closely with your colleagues.

The facility is open every day of the week, which means working daytime, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys being around people and is motivated by providing good service. You are responsible, positive, and see solutions where others see problems. You find it easy to collaborate but also feel confident working independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a competent swimmer.
• is at least 18 years old.
• has completed upper secondary education.
• has documented experience from a service occupation.
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and can communicate in English.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Training as a lifeguard or equivalent.
• Swimming instructor training via the Swedish Life Saving Society.
• Cleaning training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of additional languages.

Annual working hours, meaning you will work more during autumn, winter, and spring to have time off during June-August.
