Team Leader for Stormtriv's Special Division

We are now looking for a Team Leader for our Special Division – a business area with great variety and high ambitions. About the role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations within Stormtriv's Special Division. The division works with construction cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, floor care, facade washing, and other specialist assignments for companies and organizations. You lead and develop the operations together with your employees and ensure that assignments are carried out with high quality, good service, and good profitability.

The role is broad and varied. One day you conduct quality follow-ups with a customer or submit a quote for a larger construction cleaning project; the next day you coach employees, plan staffing, or develop working methods to create even better results. You report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the company's other team leaders, schedulers, customer support, and group leaders.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and Personnel

  • Personnel responsibility for unionized employees within the Special Division.
  • Lead, coach, and develop employees and group leaders in daily work.
  • Plan and distribute work based on operational needs.
  • Conduct employee and salary discussions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and follow up on new employees.
  • Create engagement, well-being, and good team spirit.

Customer, Quality, and Service

  • Responsible for daily customer contact within your area of operation.
  • Conduct quality controls and ensure our assignments meet high standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, deviations, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling.

Business and Profitability

  • Responsible for profitability within your area of operation.
  • Calculate assignments and prepare quotes.
  • Plan staffing and resources for efficient execution.
  • Follow up on results and actively work on improving routines and working methods.

Work Environment

  • Be involved in the company's work environment efforts.
  • Ensure that laws, routines, and safety regulations are followed.
  • Contribute to a safe, secure, and well-functioning work environment for all employees.

We believe you have

  • High school education.
  • Experience in team leadership and daily management of unionized employees.
  • Experience in personnel management is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Experience from the cleaning, service, construction, or contracting industry is an advantage.

Practical information

Employment type: Permanent full-time position with a six-month probation period.

Working hours: Weekdays, mainly between 06:00–16:00 depending on operational needs.

Start date: According to agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
