Here, you will work in a hands-on profession where safety, quality, and personal responsibility are central to daily operations. As part of our team, you will help create a safe and seamless experience for our customers.

In the role of Auto Glass Technician, you will:

• Repair stone chips and replace car windows.
• Calibrate safety systems after windshield replacement.
• Welcome customers and contribute to a safe and positive workshop experience.
• Handle administrative tasks such as insurance cases, orders, inventory, and claims.
• Contribute to upselling by identifying the customer's overall needs.

No prior experience with auto glass is required – we provide all the training you need to succeed.

Who are you?

You are responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

You enjoy practical work and have a technical interest.

You have the ability to build good customer relationships and enjoy service-oriented roles.

You follow procedures and have a strong safety mindset.

Experience in service trades, technology, craftsmanship, or insurance claims is an advantage.

Requirements for the position

• Valid Category B driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• At least 2 years of work experience

As part of the recruitment process, a health examination including a lung function test, as well as alcohol and drug testing, is included.

Working hours and employment type

The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period.

Working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday, typically 07:30–16:30.

Work at other workshops or locations may occur as needed.

Location: Gothenburg
