Our authorized service workshop in Gävle specializes in the service, calibration, and repair of LK Press Tools and accessories. Through careful control and annual service, we ensure safe installations and the highest quality for our customers.

About the Role
As a service technician here, you will work in a varied role focused on the service, calibration, and repair of press machines and associated equipment. You will become a key link in our team and contribute to ensuring that our resources – machines, equipment, and facilities – are utilized in the best and most optimal way.
Main Responsibilities
- Service, calibration, and repair of press machines and accessories.
- Responsible for spare parts inventory and purchase orders.
- Customer contact and support via both phone and email.
- Conduct training regarding press machine service when needed.
- Closely collaborate with colleagues and, when necessary, support other departments with assembly and other tasks.
- Work actively in accordance with the company's policies, goals, and expectations.

As a person, you are flexible, engaged, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Since the role involves significant contact with both customers and colleagues, it is crucial that your approach is characterized by a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and clear communication.
Qualifications and Merits
- Good computer and technical skills, as well as a high sense of quality in your work.
- Meritorious: Technical education or equivalent practical experience.
- Meritorious: Good knowledge of the business system Monitor and the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
