Job Description

As an activator, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing activities that promote social community, movement, culture, and well-being. You work closely with care staff, relatives, and external partners to create an stimulating daily life for the elderly.

Examples of activities may include:

• Music sessions and entertainment
• Walks and outdoor activities
• Gymnastics and movement activities
• Reading aloud and discussion groups
• Creative activities such as crafts, painting, and handicrafts
• Holiday celebrations and themed days
• Collaboration with associations, schools, and voluntary organizations

Employment Type:

• Permanent position, 60% with a 6-month probation period
• Start date: September 1, 2026, or as agreed

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

• Education in healthcare and social care or other equivalent education
• Experience working with the elderly or people with disabilities
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Personal suitability will be given great weight.
