In the role of Maintenance Coordinator (VMH Coordinator), you will handle procurement within the command and control systems area.
FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) is primarily based in Enköping and is functionally led by the Swedish Armed Forces (FM) Headquarters. The unit's main task is to take responsibility for FM's command support systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from requirement definition to decommissioning, during both peace, crisis, and war.
The position of VMH Coordinator at TVK Ledsyst is part of the 2. Contract Section located in Enköping. As a VMH Coordinator, you will work in the call-off class: advanced call-off user, which involves making call-offs from agreements signed by the FM or the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) with one or more suppliers on behalf of the FM.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle acquisition and follow-up of contracts and orders.
- Request and check quotations when valid agreements are in place.
- Perform direct procurements up to 100,000 SEK.
- Review incoming order documentation/checklists, including associated contracts and commitment plans.
- Handle invoice discrepancies regarding price and quantity.
- Execute value transfers between FM and FMV.
- Register purchases in the purchase register.
- Conduct invoice and delivery follow-ups.
- Participate in the development of maintenance work processes and report errors to FST SUPPORT.
- Keep up to date with current procurement regulations and internal guidelines.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Relevant education in e.g., IT/Technology, economics, procurement, or logistics, or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Several years of experience in administrative tasks.
- Very good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English.
