Property Caretaker / Handyman for Properties

We are now looking for a practical, self-sufficient, and service-oriented property caretaker / handyman who wants to become an important part of our operations.

You will work with our properties and hotel environments, assisting with both ongoing property maintenance and practical handyman tasks.

About the role

This is a full-time position, 100%.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily inspection of properties
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Handling of fault reports
• Patrolling buildings and common areas
• Checking entrances, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and general areas
• Key management and practical service tasks
• Support in hotel properties and other objects as needed
• Minor assembly and interior fitting work

We are looking for someone who

• Is practical, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Enjoys working independently but also collaborates with others
• Is handy and accustomed to solving everyday practical problems
• Is service-oriented and has a welcoming attitude
• Can plan your day and prioritize between different tasks
• Values order and feels responsible for both the environment and safety

It is a plus if you also have experience with

• Carpentry or similar practical work
• Hanging mirrors, hooks, holders, and other wall mounting
• Installing cabinets, shelves, simple furniture, and interior fittings
• Simple painting, adjustments, and maintenance
• Tool and material handling
• Property maintenance, caretaking, or similar roles

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good physical fitness and experience with practical work
• Swedish language skills (spoken and preferably written)

Merits
