Job Responsibilities

The cleaning department is looking for a local cleaner, 1 position. In the role of a local cleaner, you are offered the opportunity to work both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. Your workday consists of daily cleaning within the municipality's various operations. In addition to daily cleaning, the role also includes periodic deep cleaning and floor care. The position also involves cleaning stairwells in Svalövbostäder rental housing within the municipality. Cleaning of apartments, such as move-out cleans and post-renovation cleaning, is also part of the duties. The work of a local cleaner is physically demanding and sometimes takes place at a high pace. It is important that the work is characterized by a good service attitude, punctuality, and high quality with the customer in focus.

Qualifications

We welcome you who have experience working in service professions similar to facility maintenance, preferably from public environments. It is an advantage if you have education in facility maintenance such as SRY or PRYL or equivalent, experience with cleaning machines, and knowledge of floor care. Experience driving small vans is required.

The work requires that you are flexible and service- and customer-oriented. You thrive in new environments, can work independently, and have the ability to plan your work efficiently.

You have good collaboration skills, are responsible, and active in your work. Your teamwork is characterized by a good ability to create and maintain good relationships, and you value carefully executed work. Good language skills in Swedish are required to access information on the various digital platforms within the operations, communicate, and read instructions.

Category B driver's license required, manual transmission.
