Your Role

In this role, you will become part of a team of administrators within IAM (Identity Access Management). Saab's IT department, Group IT, is growing and is therefore looking for you who want to contribute to our continued development.

You will become part of a dynamic and innovative workplace where your work plays an important role in the secure management of Saab's identities. In the role, you will work in cross-functional teams and, using agile working methods, contribute to creating value for Saab's different business areas.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions together.
• Develop and maintain documentation and communication plans.
• Implement and support digital solutions and technologies.
• Deliver training and support to colleagues, both within and outside the group.
• Develop and maintain digital strategies, plans, and roadmaps.

Alternative locations for the position are: Linköping, Solna, Malmö, or Jönköping.

Your Profile

We are looking for an engaged and competent employee who wants to contribute to strengthening our team and continuing to develop our identity platform. You have a strong interest in learning new things and developing in your role. As a person, you are driven, goal-oriented, and thrive working towards set goals with a focus on results and quality.

We believe you have experience with some of the following:

• Identity and Access Management as a service/function.
• IGA tools (Microsoft Identity Manager, One Identity, and others).
• Powershell.
• Server Infrastructure.
• SQL.
• Azure.
• Directory services such as Active Directory.
• LDAP / SAML / OAuth / OIDC.
• Single Sign-On.
• Federation.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
