Norbergs Recruitment & Job Coaching is currently helping a well-visited fast food restaurant in Kalmar find a service-oriented and engaged restaurant assistant to join their team.

The restaurant offers a wide range of kebabs, gyros, hamburgers, and more, with many customers visiting daily. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team.

About the Role

As a restaurant assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant. Duties include kitchen preparations, simple food preparation, serving, cash register work, and keeping the restaurant clean and well-organized.

The work involves evening and weekend shifts, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys working when the pace is at its highest.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of ingredients and simple food cooking
• Assisting in the preparation of kebabs, hamburgers, and other dishes
• Cash register work and customer service
• Serving and handling orders
• Dishwashing and cleaning
• Ensuring good hygiene and order in the restaurant

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and positive
• Can handle working in a fast-paced environment
• Is responsible and detail-oriented
• Works well in a team
• Is available to work evenings and weekends
• Has experience from the restaurant, kitchen, or fast-food industry
