During our peak season, we are expanding our team in Skellefteå with a new colleague! Take the opportunity to apply for a varied role at Europe's and Sweden's largest tire chain and contribute to making life easier for everyone on the road.

As a Customer Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers at our reception, answering phone calls and emails, processing orders, and handling sales. Our workshops experience a high workload during the season, which requires us to work together as a team to provide the best possible service to our customers. You may also assist workshop staff with additional tasks when needed.

The position starts in early October and the employment period is approximately 6-8 weeks, with a possibility of extension. Training will be provided on-site.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Enjoys working independently and is ready to jump in when needed
• Has experience in sales and customer service
• Is self-motivated and enjoys a varied workday
• Is administratively skilled and experienced with various systems (this is a plus)
