This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DSV. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for booking transports. The work is carried out via email and phone. You handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative solutions, while ensuring everything is handled correctly and efficiently. An important part of the job is answering customer questions about delivery times and transport-related matters. You also have regular contact with colleagues internally to coordinate and optimize the booking flow.
This role is suitable for you who thrive in a fast-paced administrative job, have a keen eye for detail, and want to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process for the company's customers.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish as well as English, both spoken and written
- Service experience, e.g., from customer service
- Advantageous with experience in a similar role or interest within the logistics industry
