Do you have a passion for retail? Are you driven by the challenges of running a large store? Then we are looking for you as our new Store Manager for our store in Nässjö. The battle for customers is fought in the stores, and now we need you to help us win this battle. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and attractive store with positive and helpful employees every day. This is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probation period. We would love for you to join us in developing Rusta!
Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You are constantly striving to develop sales and know that good profitability is a prerequisite for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and result focus are obvious cornerstones in store management.
Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
- achieving sales and result targets in the store – you are responsible for cost and key figure optimization, turnover and profitability optimization, as well as budgeting
- personnel responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and exit
- ensuring and implementing concepts, as well as anchoring and enforcing centrally made decisions
Above all, you are a person who thrives in a high-paced environment and is confident in making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is one of your greatest strengths. Your ambitions are high, and you enjoy working hard. Direct communication and a cheerful mood are second nature to you. Additionally, you have:
- several years of experience in a leading position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility
- knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety
- experience in sales operations, preferably from a business handling large volumes
- an ability to bring the team along with you
