📍 Location: Västerås. Travel within the Mälardalen region is a natural part of the role.

Your role – more than just technology!

As a Service Technician, you are an important part of our mission: to create security through innovative solutions. You work with advanced fire technology solutions, meet with customers, and build relationships – all with great freedom under responsibility. Here, you get to combine practical work on-site with modern technology – a perfect role for you who enjoys troubleshooting, installation, and solving problems directly at the customer's location. You will work with:

• Service and maintenance of our security systems.
• Troubleshooting, expansions, and software updates.
• Close contact with customers in various environments – from offices to critical infrastructure.

Is this you?

You have experience working in a similar role as an electrician, installer, service technician, or security technician and are ready for the next step in your career. If you have basic electrical knowledge, you will learn quickly with us. Experience with fire technology solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Basic competencies:

• Education at upper secondary level or vocational college (YH), preferably within electricity or technology.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, and a valid B-driver's license.
