We are looking for you who want to work as a temporary staff member within home care, elderly care facilities, group homes, and personal assistance.

DUTIES

As a temporary staff member, you replace regular personnel and are booked out as needed, for example, during sick leave, childcare, and vacation. In your work, you provide support, care, and attention to people who need it to manage their daily lives based on their individual needs.

The work may involve:

• Providing personal care and support in daily life
• Helping with transfers, meals, and hygiene
• Social interaction and creating a sense of security

As a temporary staff member, you must be able to work varying hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends. Within some operations, you may also need to work nights. Working hours are adapted to the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are flexible, responsible, and have a good attitude towards people
• Are service-oriented and attentive to others' wishes and needs
• Have good teamwork skills but are also confident in working independently
• Listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
• Master the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Have good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have upper secondary education within the Care and Nursing program or the Child and Youth program with a focus on social work, or previous experience in care work. A driver's license is required in some units.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: As agreed.
