Energi och Fastighetsvård Västervik AB is now looking for an experienced roof painter to work with painting, maintenance, and renovation of roofs on properties in Västervik and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Roof painting and surface treatment of various roofing materials.
• Washing, cleaning, and preparation of roofs prior to painting.
• Repair and maintenance of roof surfaces.
• Work according to current safety regulations, customer contact, and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Documented experience in roof painting.
• Good knowledge of different color systems and treatment methods for roofs.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Detail-oriented, service-minded, and quality-conscious.
• Valid B-class driver's license is required.
