Bilgruppen i Norr is currently represented in Skellefteå, Umeå, Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik, and Sundsvall. In these locations, we operate car sales, service markets, and authorized car service, with Kia as the common thread.

About the role

As a salesperson here, you are responsible for the entire business process – from the first customer contact to the delivered car and follow-up. You will have a broad and varied role where you:

  • build and develop relationships with both new and existing customers
  • conduct needs analyses and present our vehicles and services in a professional manner
  • develop and present financing solutions
  • are responsible for the delivery and follow-up of sold cars
  • work with the internal handling of the used car flow
  • ensure good exposure of our cars both online and in the showroom

At our company, we always strive for good cooperation and the highest possible customer satisfaction. The role of salesperson here is fast-paced and involves daily customer contact, both physically in the store and via phone and email.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a high tempo and is motivated by creating business. To thrive and succeed with us, we see that you:

  • have a strong business drive and a natural ability to build trust
  • are social, proactive, and self-starting
  • have documented work experience – previous sales experience is a big plus
  • are driven by achieving results and following up on your own work
  • are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • have a valid driver's license (category B) (required)
