About the role

At Byggteam, we specialize in insurance-related construction work. This means we handle a wide variety of projects, ranging from repairing a leaking mixer under a kitchen sink to the new construction of a row house that has burned down. A common denominator is that we almost always work in private individuals' homes.

You will work independently within a team of foremen and project managers. You are responsible for your projects and manage your own craftsmen, whom you schedule and plan for.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results, as customer contact is a constant and integral part of the job.

Of course, you will have a great group of colleagues nearby. In your daily work, you will be supported by a digital platform where work orders and important information are accessed. We work with a goal-oriented approach, giving you significant autonomy to manage your own work.

Your profile

We prefer candidates with prior experience as a foreman or project manager. Documented knowledge of dehumidification and damage inspections is a plus. The role requires strong coordination and planning skills, as well as social competence. Since you are responsible for the projects, you naturally thrive when taking ownership and are a self-driven person.

To ensure our customers feel safe and comfortable, it is crucial that you are professional in your interactions, trustworthy, and have a service-oriented approach. You should enjoy working independently. Experience with MEPS (a common system in the Swedish insurance/construction sector) is a plus.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. Selection is made on an ongoing basis.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B-driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
