Do you want to work in a hands-on role where quality, precision, and collaboration are in focus? We are now looking for a formwork carpenter for Veidekke's prefab operations, focusing on the manufacturing and maintenance of concrete molds.

As a formwork carpenter within prefab, you are responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining molds used in the production of prefabricated concrete elements. You work from drawings and production documents, ensuring that the molds maintain the correct quality, dimensions, and function before production. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in production, reinforcement, and site management, contributing to a safe and efficient production flow.

• Manufacture, assemble, and adapt concrete molds
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Measure and check that the molds meet specifications
• Adjust, repair, and maintain existing molds
• Participate in improvement work to develop quality, efficiency, and safety
• Collaborate with production staff, steel fixers, concrete workers, and site management

We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical and varied job where quality, precision, and safety are key. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and easy to work with, while also being able to work independently when required.

You have experience in reading drawings and an interest in working with the manufacturing and adaptation of molds. Experience in formwork construction, prefab production, or work within the construction or concrete industry is an advantage. A forklift and crane license is also a plus.
