RESPONSIBILITIES
Our organization is a service contractor for Växjö Municipality's upper secondary schools, as well as some primary schools and preschools. Currently, we have about 55 employees. We are now looking for staff to strengthen our team due to a retirement and an expanded assignment this autumn. Do you want to become part of the team and contribute to a good study and work environment for our students and staff at the schools?
Our assignment currently consists of three parts:
- We keep our premises clean through regular cleaning, as well as periodic group cleaning.
- We handle sales in our café operations, take orders, and provide coffee service. Our range is large, and sandwich preparation is just one of many tasks.
- On behalf of our customers and partners, we also perform other service tasks, for example within meal organization. We staff certain stations such as serving and dishwashing.
Our working hours are daytime Monday-Friday, 6:00-18:00 depending on the schedule, although evenings and weekends may occur during activities such as open houses and student celebrations.
Our work is physically demanding, so it is important that you enjoy moving around. The role involves many heavy lifts, so good physical fitness is also important.

The positions are permanent, corresponding to 100% and 80% full-time equivalents respectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
We advocate for job rotation to create the best possible work environment with varied tasks; therefore, it is a requirement that you can work within all the aforementioned areas. We are looking for someone who is orderly, flexible, responsible, and service-oriented. You are also independent with good teamwork skills and able to communicate well.
The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you have basic computer skills as we work with the system PS-självservice.
A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious.
