About the role of Remediation Technician

As a remediation technician at Ocab, you support various types of remediation assignments. You act as an additional resource and carry out practical tasks according to the foreman's instructions.

The work is varied and may involve assignments related to fire, mold, oil, graffiti, nicotine, and loose debris removal. The role is suitable for you who enjoy physical work and like working in different environments.

Examples of tasks:

• Pack, carry, and handle loose debris
• Perform simple remediation and cleaning
• Assist with remediation assignments after fire and water damage
• Work according to instructions and current safety regulations
• Be a flexible resource in the team as needed

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are responsible, flexible, and have a strong work ethic. You thrive in a practical role where you get to work physically and contribute to the team's results.

Requirements for the position

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Good physical fitness
