Local cleaning is an important part of Regionservice, with approximately 120 employees distributed across five departments. We work actively to keep premises clean and reduce the spread of infection – work that makes a real difference!

The local cleaning team at Sigfrid has a broad service mandate, including local cleaning, storage service, conference service, and café operations. As new buildings are now opening up on the Sigfrid area, our department has been tasked with staffing service teams, and we are therefore looking for new employees.

Job Description

We are looking for engaged and meticulous local cleaners who, in addition to cleaning, also work with other service tasks such as storage service and conference service. The position offers a varied workday where you contribute to making our environments pleasant, functional, and welcoming.

The tasks within local cleaning include cleaning of, among other things, patient rooms, corridors, waiting rooms, offices, and other common areas. Since the work is sometimes physically demanding, it is important that you have good physical fitness and enjoy active work.

The role also includes storage service, which means you are responsible for ensuring that consumables and patient textiles are available at our departments and clinics. You order materials via an IT system and ensure that deliveries are unpacked and organized in the storerooms.

As part of the conference service, you are responsible for ensuring that conference rooms are set up and maintain high standards, as well as ordering and delivering coffee breaks to conference guests. Other service tasks may also occur.

You will become part of a team where you jointly are responsible for the tasks within the operations. We place great emphasis on you enjoying working with us and having a sustainable working life, and therefore actively and continuously work on our work environment.

We are looking for two employees for permanent positions and two for longer fixed-term contracts.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position, you must be at least 18 years old and have completed upper secondary education. We are looking for you who are service-oriented and open to learning new tasks. You have very good knowledge of Swedish (speaking, reading, and writing) and some computer skills. You have good physical fitness and enjoy active work. The department's work area includes cleaning at the forensic psychiatric clinic, so you need to be comfortable working in that environment.

Experience from local cleaning or other service professions is meritorious.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the record of offenses and suspicions) is required upon employment.
