ISS Facility Services has a collaboration with a client in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. For our operations and maintenance contract with this client in Braås, we are now looking for a Service Employee within cleaning and office services. About the Role
We are looking for a Service Employee with a shared, important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the client's premises. Your task will be to, together with the team, create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work in various environments, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal and unpretentious engagement, as well as your ability to resolve emerging situations. As a Service Employee, the primary task is cleaning – 80%, which involves cleaning offices, conference rooms, and hygiene facilities. Waste management and conference service may also occur. The assignment is carried out within the framework of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your areas of responsibility, you are expected to assist in other areas – e.g., light administration, quality controls, and material purchasing – 20%. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period, and the working hours are 06:00–15:00, Monday–Friday.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who thrive in the service profession and are attentive to the customer's wishes. We prefer that you have previous experience in cleaning. You take great responsibility for your work with a good overview of your area and can come up with suggestions for improvements for the customer. You are quality-conscious and have good computer skills. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level and find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group. It is important that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing. A valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
