Description

The role primarily involves property maintenance, but also includes operational handyman duties. This means that together with a property team, you will ensure daily operations, work with supervision, maintenance, upkeep, and corrective measures within Arjeplog Municipality's property portfolio.

The work is independent and challenging, involving contact with contractors, tenants, and property managers. You should identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and be able to structure and plan your own work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated, handy, and problem-solving person with experience in property maintenance or handyman work.

We prefer that you have the required education or experience deemed equivalent. You thrive with varied tasks and have a service-oriented approach. You are also accustomed to working independently with customer contacts. Further education in operation technology or equivalent technical education, control and regulation, ventilation, or qualifications in electricity and heating/cooling are meritorious.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A B-class driver's license is required.

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) is required for employment.
