Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for you who want to work for a happy, loving, and humorous 15-year-old boy who has diagnoses including ADHD and autism.

He needs support and supervision around the clock. He needs help with, among other things, hygiene, showering, taking medication, and dressing. He also needs help preparing and setting up meals, etc.

This is a very active and impulsive boy, and as an assistant, you must follow every step he takes to be aware of what is happening. You must be able to steer away from any unforeseen situations and outbursts. He communicates using sounds and signs.

You will work very closely with the family, so it is important that the collaboration between you works well.

We believe you are between 25–45 years old and need to have a calm personality, patience, and the ability to come up with activities. A lot of time is spent outdoors and in playgrounds. You need to have knowledge and understanding of the diagnosis and how to best interact with him.

On weekdays, you will receive him at home when he returns from school, and on weekends, it is day/evening shifts. There is double assistance during all waking hours.

The client lives in Surahammar. A requirement is a valid driver's license and access to your own car.
