As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the operation and delivery of technical facility management and property maintenance for assigned properties, facilities, and offices. You have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and following up on deliveries within your area of responsibility, ensuring that the operating budget is maintained, deliveries are made according to schedule, and that set quality and sustainability goals are achieved. In this role, you have many contact points and work closely with both internal operations and external suppliers. You are responsible for following up on suppliers, contracts, and delivery quality, while also contributing to the operational development of the business and driving continuous improvement work. The role also includes administrative tasks and requires a good ability to create structure, build relationships, and ensure clear communication between relevant parties. Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for the daily operation of properties, facilities, and offices.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical facility management and property maintenance.
• Participate in the creation and follow-up of operating budgets together with external suppliers.
• Follow up on suppliers, contracts, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with internal operations and external suppliers.
• Contribute to the development of the business and continuous improvements.
• Handle documentation and other administration related to the projects.

You like to take responsibility, create structure, and drive the work forward together with both colleagues and suppliers. Requirements

• University or civil engineering education, for example as a construction engineer, development engineer, or other relevant engineering focus.
• Approximately 1–3 years of work experience in areas such as project management, project coordination, technical facility management, or building services.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Experience from nuclear power or other regulated operations with high safety requirements.
