About the Care Administration
The Care Administration, with approximately 1,275 employees, covers five operational areas. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry, HSL (Health and Social Care) and short-term housing, as well as Management Support.
The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our goal is for care to be built on collaboration between the individual, relatives, and employees.

Responsibilities
Tasks included in the role:
- Plan and optimize work schedules for home care staff based on the needs of care recipients and staff availability.
- Handle urgent changes in planning and staffing due to absence.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, care recipients, relatives, and unit managers.
- Follow up and document work to ensure quality and efficiency.
As a Planning Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and coordinating the daily work within the home care services. You maintain contact with care recipients, relatives, assistance officers, and licensed staff.
The Planning Coordinator has a support role in the operations to increase the quality of care work, with the aim of ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed in the operations.
The Planning Coordinator is a culture bearer where good quality, good treatment, and efficiency are central parts of the work. The Planning Coordinator should, in close collaboration with the unit manager, analyze and potentially reallocate resources and have an economic mindset for the most optimal planning.
The Planning Coordinator position is a part-time role at 80%. The right to full-time employment implies a combined position with care work in the home care services.
Selection starts after the last application date.
Before employment, you may be required to show a valid extract from the criminal record and suspicion register. You apply for the extract via the Police website, polisen.se.
Qualifications
To fit the role of Planning Coordinator, you must meet the following:
- Experience in planning work in home care services
- Good IT skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
For the role of planner within home care services, personal suitability is a decisive factor. We are looking for you who are structured; plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You are quality-conscious, which for us means that you are meticulous, goal-oriented, and quality-focused.
You easily embrace and see opportunities with new ideas, methods, and ways of working.
You also have the ability to keep a cool head and act flexibly even under time pressure or when conditions change rapidly.
You speak clearly, well-formulated, and engaged in individual meetings and in small and large groups. You listen and are receptive to the other party and adapt to the situation.
You are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts, creating contacts and maintaining relationships.
