We are looking for an experienced interim unit manager for a consultancy assignment within the public sector in Jönköping via Jefferson Wells. The assignment concerns a central kitchen responsible for the production and distribution of meals to healthcare and restaurant services.

About the Assignment

As the unit manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the operations during a transition period in connection with the recruitment and introduction of a permanent unit manager. You have personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for the operation's approximately 22 employees and ensure stable and efficient operations.

The assignment includes leading and managing the operations, with responsibility for the production and distribution of patient meals as well as restaurant food. You will receive support in operational and technical matters from your manager and colleagues. The focus is on secure and structured leadership rather than specialist knowledge within the food sector.

Responsibilities

• Personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for the central kitchen
• Lead and distribute the daily work for the operation's approximately 22 employees
• Responsible for the ongoing operation of the production and distribution of patient meals and restaurant food
• Ensure that the operation functions efficiently and according to set goals
• Handle customer service and administrative tasks related to the operation
• Manage the operation during the ongoing recruitment and introduction period of a new unit manager

Qualifications
