Your Role

Do you want to lead an engaged team and help ensure efficient and proactive workshop planning within component maintenance? Then this might be the role for you!

As the manager for our workshop planners, you are responsible for a central function that drives, coordinates, and secures the workshop's priorities based on required delivery dates. The team works on establishing and following up on delivery plans within a specific workshop section, in close collaboration with several functions such as Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Support.

The operations include maintenance of aircraft components within areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, and safety equipment, which places high demands on structure, communication, and delivery precision.

In the role of manager, you have both personnel and operational responsibility for the group. You lead and develop the team, ensure a good working environment, and are responsible for the group's delivery, schedule, and economy. You actively work on developing both people and working methods, while driving proactive planning work to meet the business's needs. You are part of the section's management group and contribute to developing the section's combined capabilities through strategic work, improvement initiatives, and close collaboration between the groups.

The location is Malmslätt.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who is an engaged, clear, and results-oriented leader with the ability to create involvement and a holistic view in the team. You are communicative and responsive, both with the employees within the group and with interfaces within the company, the department, and our customers. You have a good understanding of logistics, planning, and production or workshop flows, as well as an interest in developing efficient working methods and processes.

For the role, you are required to have:

• An academic education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in leading others
• Good analytical skills and experience working towards set goals and KPIs
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization

As a leader, you are expected to have a good understanding of your operations, the businesses in which we operate, and your employees. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability as the position is built on trust and confidence from both employees and management.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at the time. For roles with security classification, requirements for certain citizenship may apply.
