Your responsibilities

As a bartender, you work evenings, at lunch, and during afterski. Your duties include serving everything from hot chocolate to beer, wine, aperitifs, spirits, and cocktails – both from our menu and from drinks you have learned through your experience. Table service is also part of the role, and we consider it a given that you leave the bar and move among the guests when time permits.

Who are you?

You find it fun to, for example, kneel down to explain a children's quiz walk to a group of four-year-olds. The personal meeting is close to our hearts, which is why we place great emphasis on your attitude towards service and guest interaction. In addition, you are used to working at a high pace. Being cheerful, positive, and service-oriented is a given for us.

Requirements

• Experience working in a restaurant, specifically in handling and serving drinks.
• You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish.

• Driver's license and access to a car.

This is a seasonal employment from December to April, and the position is covered by the HRF collective agreement. Branäs collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to counteract alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
